I don't have time to train! I don't have time to eat well....

I agree 100% that these things are initially VERY hard to make time for. I know, you don't have the energy too, right!!

Well, I promise you, if you make time for even small changes to begin with, train for 15/ 20 mins 3 times per week. Drink more water. Replace 1 meal or snack with a healthier option each day. Even making these small changes will boost your energy. You will then find it easier to fit in a workout or to eat healthier because you are able to be more productive with EVERYTHING in your life.

I consider myself a fairly energetic person. But you know, even if I don't get up and move my body or eat right, I, too, will feel lethargic and find everything difficult. I feel so tired and probably cranky pants, too!

Make the small changes and be consistent, and I promise you will be feeling great, and you will be adding more positive changes in no time. Then you will enjoy your actual relaxing and downtime more, too. Knowing that you are taking care of yourself!!

If you need help making those changes, I can help you. Whether it is an at home workout (I can do short workouts for you too) or for O2 or another gym you have access to. I have a few online options available (both workouts and nutrition side covered, if you are keen. I am qualified to do so!), but very limited PT spots are available.

Oh, and I haven't always worked in a gym either. So i know what it is like to have to go out of your way to get to a gym. Up until about 7/8 years ago, I actually worked doing finance jobs, sitting down, in an office. With 3 children and still got it done. At least 13 months or so of my Comp prep, I still worked in an office job, too. You can make it work. You just have to work out what your priorities are... 🤸‍♀️💪😁
